Recommended maintenance

Our recommended schedule, by engine hours.

  1. 20 hoursBreak-in

    • Change initial engine oil and filter
    • Replace lower unit gear lube
    • Inspect for any loose fittings or fluid leaks

  2. Every 50 hoursCheck and grease

    • Check steering fluid
    • Inspect fuel lines for cracks
    • Top off trim/tilt fluids
    • Grease all external fittings

  3. Every 100 hours or annuallyFull service

    • Replace engine oil and fuel filters
    • Change the spark plugs
    • Swap out water pump impeller
    • Check trailer wheel bearings
    • Inspect sacrificial anodes
