A repair shop that grew up
Billy Sartin and his wife, Lana, started Sartin Marine in 1984 as a repair shop. In 1988 the business moved to its current location on Farm Road 1567 West in Yantis, close to Lake Fork. New boat and motor sales came later, and the repair shop stayed right in the middle of it.
Lake Fork is known for its fishing tournaments. Sartin Marine is still family-owned and veteran-owned.

Anthony
Master technician
With us since 1995Anthony has been a cornerstone of Sartin Marine since 1995. He is certified to service Evinrude, Johnson, Mercury, Mercury Racing, Yamaha and Tohatsu outboards, and he has a loyal base of customers who trust his work.
Bryan
Rigging and service
With us since 1990Bryan has been rigging and servicing boats since 1990. He is also our trolling motor and graph technician, certified on Minn Kota/Talon and Power-Pole, and factory-trained on Evinrude, Johnson, Yamaha and Tohatsu outboards.
Parts, sales and the front desk
Robert Gilliland
Parts manager and service assistant
Robert has years of marine experience and manages our parts inventory. He also helps in the shop with minor repairs and works with customers, writing service orders.
Shawna Sartin
Accounts and customer relations
Shawna greets customers and treats them like family. She handles accounts payable and receivable, marketing and advertising, inventory control and management, and boat and motor sales.
James Privitt
Technician and boat sales
James is a U.S. Air Force veteran. He learned mechanics working on military jets and now repairs and maintains outboard engines, and he helps with boat sales.
Close to Lake Fork
Sartin Marine is on FM 1567, about half a mile west of Highway 154. Lake Fork is about 70 miles east of Dallas.
